To make sure our emails with these tools find your inbox and don't get swept into the infinite abyss that is your Spam folder... follow these instructions:
For Gmail Users:
1. Check your Spam Folder: Sometimes, emails can mistakenly end up in the spam folder. If you find an email from us there, please open it and click 'Report not spam'.
2. Add Us to Your Contacts: Add [email protected] to your Google Contacts. Emails from your contacts typically go straight to your inbox.
3. Create a Filter: Click the gear icon in Gmail, choose 'See all settings', go to 'Filters and Blocked Addresses', and click 'Create a new filter'. In the 'From' field, type our email address and click 'Create filter'. Then, select 'Never send it to Spam'.
For Outlook Users:
1. Check Your Junk Email Folder: If our email is in your Junk Email folder, open it and select 'Not junk' at the top of the page.
2. Add to Safe Senders: Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email. Under 'Safe senders and domains', add [email protected].
3. Create a Rule: Right-click one of our emails, select 'Rules', then 'Create Rule'. Choose the options that best suit your needs to ensure our emails always arrive in your inbox.
For Apple Mail Users:
1. Check Junk Folder: If our email is in the Junk folder, open it and click 'Not Junk' at the top of the message.
2. Add to Contacts: Add [Your Email Address] to your contacts. This tells your inbox that you know us and trust our emails.
3. Mail Rules: Go to Mail > Preferences > Rules and click 'Add Rule'. Set the rule to 'From' [Your Email Address] and select 'Move Message' to your inbox.
