This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Attentioneers LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our websites, digital products, subscription services, live trainings, and any related offerings (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. OUR SERVICES

Attentioneers LLC provides digital education, including:

  • The Viral Authority System (on-demand course)

  • The Attentioneers Creator Community (subscription with coaching)

  • Social Marketer Designation (live trainings)

Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA) and may not be used in violation of such laws.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within our Services, including videos, frameworks, course materials, branding, and downloads, is the intellectual property of Attentioneers LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, distributing, downloading, or reproducing content without written permission is prohibited.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you affirm that:

  • All registration info you provide is accurate

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You will use Services legally and appropriately

  • You will not share your access credentials or impersonate others

  • You are not using automated scripts or bots to access the Services

4. USER ACCOUNTS

You may be required to register via Kajabi or third-party platforms. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your login.

5. PAYMENT & BILLING

Payments are processed through Kajabi/Stripe. Applicable taxes are collected automatically. You agree to keep payment information current. We may change pricing or correct errors at any time.

6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Viral Authority System Course: All sales are final.

  • Creator Community: Comes with a 30-day free trial. After that, renews monthly. Cancel at least 72 hours before the next billing to avoid charges. No partial refunds.

  • Social Marketer Designation Training: Full refunds allowed up to 7 days prior to your scheduled training. After that, refunds are at our discretion. Requests must be emailed to [email protected].

7. SUBSCRIPTION & AUTO-RENEWAL

By enrolling in recurring services, you authorize us to bill you monthly until canceled. You may cancel anytime via email. No retroactive refunds.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

  • Reproduce or resell content

  • Upload viruses or malware

  • Use bots or scrapers

  • Harass other users or staff

  • Attempt unauthorized access to platforms or files

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Violations may result in termination without refund.

9. USER CONTRIBUTIONS

If you post, share, or upload content (e.g., testimonials, feedback, video submissions), you grant us the right to use that content in perpetuity for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.

10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By submitting content to us (including testimonials, messages, screenshots, or social media tags), you grant us a royalty-free, global, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publish your content—including your name, likeness, or company affiliation—unless you request otherwise in writing.

11. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & CONTENT

Our Services may link to third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Sheets, Kajabi). We are not responsible for the content, data practices, or security of those platforms. You use them at your own risk.

12. TESTIMONIALS & SOCIAL MEDIA USE

You agree that any testimonials you submit may be used publicly. You retain ownership of your contributions but give us the right to use them to promote our Services.

13. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

We collect your name, email, and phone number to deliver services and provide support. Data is stored via Kajabi, Google, and related tools. By using the Services, you consent to this data use. For more, view our full Privacy Policy.

14. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & MODIFICATIONS

We may update, change, or discontinue Services at any time. We’re not liable for downtime, errors, or temporary service interruptions (including those caused by Kajabi, Zoom, or external vendors).

15. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access if you breach these terms. No refunds will be issued if your access is revoked for violating our policies.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Services.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Attentioneers LLC and its affiliates against any claims arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

18. BINDING ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes must first be addressed in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Nevada, per the rules of the American Arbitration Association. No class actions permitted.

19. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION & SIGNATURES

By interacting with our platform, making purchases, or submitting forms, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree to the use of electronic signatures.

21. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance of revised terms.

22. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Attentioneers LLC. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted.
